What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card, check, money order, and bank wires.
Do you take health insurance?
We currently do not accept insurance as a form of payment. However, your insurance plan may cover American Remote Health as an out-of-network provider. To help you through this process, we provide you with documents necessary for insurance reimbursement.
Can I use American Remote Health for all of my health issues?
American Remote Health offers a variety of medical care. This includes our TeleCancer services, which cover diagnoses and lab work, chronic disease care for numerous conditions, and mental health care. Though these services are broad and our physicians are experts, we do not recommend that patients use our services for all of their health needs. If you have any questions regarding our services, please call one of our physician liaisons to learn what sort of services we provide.
Can American Remote Health be accessed on mobile devices?
Yes. We have an app for Android smartphones and iOS devices. The apps have the same functions as our website.
Can I use American Remote Health’s services while traveling?
So long as you have an Internet connection, you can use our secure services.
What is your average response time?
Our specialists will respond to your inquiries in as little as four days. However, in emergency situations, response times will be much quicker.
What languages are offered?
Many of our physicians are bilingual, if you don’t speak English we will try to match you with physician can speak and read your language. If not available we are working with translational service provides professional confidential translation.
What document formats do you accept?
You can upload all standard document formats, including .doc, .docx, .pdf, .jpeg, and .tiff files. And most big images files *CT Scan, MRI, angiography, X-Ray).
Can I send information through email and Skype?
To protect patients’ data, we only communicate with patients through our secure servers. Skype is not HIPAA compliant, and does not provide secure encrypted communication.

Do you take international patients?
Of course! American Remote Health has dedicated representatives across the world that can assist you as you select our services.
Do you help in visa for internationals patient and their families?
Yes, we do, we will provide you with an official letter directed to US embassy in your country to help you in obtaining the necessary visa. Also we will send communicate directly with the embassy to help in this issue.
What happens if I miss a follow-up appointment?
Patients benefit from follow-up appointments. That said, we understand that emergencies can occur. We ask that you contact our physician liaisons as soon as possible if you plan to miss your follow up. You will not be charged for your first missed follow up, but we do charge for additional missed appointments.
Do you issue prescriptions?
We abide by United States regulations, which prevent services, like American Remote Health, from issuing prescriptions. However we will work with your local doctor to have prescription.

Is my electronic health record private?
We meet or exceed all requirements under the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act HIPAA, which sets strict privacy requirements for patients’ health records. We do not disclose your data to third parties unless you give us your written consent, and we do not seek any information beyond what’s necessary to provide a treatment recommendation.
